Home comforts - will more flexible working options make for more productive lawyers?

Morgan Lewis and Baker McKenzie have joined the ranks of firms offering flexi-working options - but what do they stand to gain?

Morgan Lewis & Bockius recently became one of the latest large law firms to offer flexible work options, when it announced a new policy allowing US and UK associates with two or more years at the firm to spend one to two days a week working remotely.
