Legal Week Trust and Estates Litigation Forum

The 2010 Trust & Estates Litigation Forum will include debates on matrimonial orders against trusts, mental capacity, trusts and insolvency and lessons from the front line. Now in its 4th year, Legal Week’s Trust and Estates Litigation Forum will create a platform for the world’s elite in the field of trust litigation to share experiences and analyse strategies and tactics used around the globe. We are delighted to have attracted such a great range of experts passing on knowledge and expertise amongst their peers. This year’s conference programme will consider the impacts of the global developments for trust and estate practitioners and use knowledge from lessons learnt in the past 12 months to improve client service. The programme Legal Week has put together for this year will again allow for a discussion on the most significant cases of the past 12 months and debates on matrimonial orders against trusts, mental capacity, and trusts and insolvency. The interactive focus groups will consider actions against trustees, including sessions on Beddoe, asset tracing, trustee executive removal and others. Legal Week will again offer plenty of networking opportunities for attendees to continue the discussions between sessions, during the leisure activities and of course at the welcome and gala dinner during the stay at the stunning Four Seasons Provence.
