At the start of an economic downturn and the onset of enterprise restructurings, there is an increasing emphasis on systems and fee-earner efficiency. The Legal Week Intelligence Technology Report 2009 looks at user perceptions in the top UK firms. What are their impressions of their firms’ technology offerings in terms of speed and efficiency? How well are they supported? How strong are their firm’s green credentials? What are the most and least useful technology tools and how innovative are the teams behind them? All of these questions will be addressed as part of the chaired discussion. Rakesh Kumar, VP Research at Gartner, will share his views on the current issues and technology developments in green technologies and draw on his knowledge of the main drivers for change in enterprises across a range of related sectors.
