Local Hong Kong firm Deacons has added to its finance practice with the appointment of private equity expert Robert Woll as partner. Woll, who was previously employed by WilmerHale in Beijing, has a wealth of private equity, fund formation and transactional experience in Asia, and brings the number of finance partners at Deacons to eight.
