Proskauer Rose has once again taken advantage of Dewey & LeBoeuf’s demise, this time securing a four-partner securities litigation team led by Ralph Ferrara, writes The Am Law Daily.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Ferrara – Dewey’s Washington DC-based co-vice chair – was one of the last holdouts at the firm, which yet to file for bankruptcy but is expected to do so in the coming weeks. Joining Ferrara at Proskauer are Ann Ashton in DC, and Jonathan Richman and Tanya Dmitronow in New York. All four served as partners at Dewey and will hold the same title at Proskauer.
