Dickinson Dees is poised to sell its volume work division D3 Legal to rival practice Optima Legal.
Optima, which is the UK’s largest volume work firm, is currently in negotiations with Dickinson Dees, with a deal expected to be completed by the beginning of next year. The fee for the sale is still being decided.
