A Richmond, Virginia, attorney with four decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate closings agreed to a public reprimand without terms after failing to supervised one of her paralegals who misappropriated $1.2 million in client funds over a two-year period.

The Third District Subcommittee, Section I, which consisted of chair Wyatt Jackson Taylor, Lee Ann Anderson, and Gordon R. Hickey, voted to approve the agreed disposition for a public reprimand without terms for Susan Page Allen, the managing partner and sole attorney of S. Page Allen & Associates, according to the subcommittee determination filed Jan. 4.
