China 40: profit per equity partner at 12 of China's top law firms

For the first time ever, this year's China 40 includes a sneak peek of PEP figures at leading Chinese law firms

For this year’s China 40 research, twelve firms reported valid profit figures, and so for the first time ever, we have a sneak peek of leading Chinese firms’ profits per equity partner (PEP).

Han Kun, which has 30 equity partners, had the highest reported PEP of $1.435m -  on a global level, that is above both Baker McKenzie ($1.3m) and Hogan Lovells ($1.255m).
