Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom private equity partner Richard Youle has agreed his first deal at the firm since joining from White & Case in May.
Youle, who previously co-led the global private equity team at White & Case, is leading a Skadden team advising his longstanding client HgCapital as it takes the lead in the $5.3bn (£4.1bn) consortium buyout of Norwegian software company Visma.
