Firm's report suggests suspending 'six strikes' policy and keeping zero hours contracts under review

RPC has recommended that longstanding client Sports Direct should end its controversial ‘six strikes’ discipline policy, in a report on working conditions at the company.
The independent report, which was published this week (6 September), was commissioned by Sports Direct, which last month instructed the law firm to “review and report on” the internal investigation it launched last year.
