Osborne Clarke has hired commercial lawyer Mark Taylor as a partner in its London office. Taylor joins form Hogan Lovells where he was a partner for seven year. His key areas of focus include IT projects, outsourcing and cyber security.
The firm has also elected partner Peter Clough as the new head of its Bristol office. Clough will take over form incumbent David Powell when he steps down in September. Clough has previously headed the firm’s litigation practice and has sat on its executive board.
TLT has hired two partners from Lewis Silkin’s social housing team. Real estate partner Linda Convery and social housing partner Gillian Bastow joined TLT in London on 3 August.
