Simmons & Simmons has appointed 13 lawyers to its partnership, with Charles Russell Speechlys making up five in its first post-merger promotions round.
Simmons’ round is significantly up on last year, when it made up eight new partners. The haul includes nine made up in the City and one in Bristol.
