City lawyers were out in force to celebrate the achievements of colleagues and peers at The British Legal Awards, where a party atmosphere prevailed until the early hours of the morning.
Macfarlanes, Mishcon de Reya and LV’s in-house team were among the winners at the ceremony on 27 November in London’s Old Billingsgate Market. Macfarlanes scooped the coveted Law Firm of the Year award, Mishcons managing partner Kevin Gold took home the Editor’s Award for Law Firm Leader of the Year and LV won Legal Department of the Year.
