'I am inextricably linked with the firm' - DLA Piper's Sir Nigel Knowles on stepping down

Global co-chair and senior partner of the firm's international arm is to step down at the end of April, triggering an election

DLA Piper’s Sir Nigel Knowles has said he will always maintain a connection with the global firm he helped build despite announcing he will step down from his roles as global co-chairman and senior partner of the firm’s international partnership in a couple of months.

Knowles will step down with effect from 30 April this year and retire as a partner on 30 June. He will then become a consultant of the firm.
