When we returned to Arizona’s deregulated legal marketplace last week after a long time away, there was one important term that did not come up in the discussion. And while, in the fall of 2023, it’s hard to write about pushing the frontiers of legal practice without referencing “Generative AI,” I succeeded in doing so, for better or worse.
