A&O Global Corporate Chairman Joins Investment Trust Board

Allen & Overy global corporate chairman Richard Cranfield has been appointed a non-executive director of Henderson High Income Trust.

The U.K. headquartered investment trust, founded in 1989, announced the news on Tuesday. It counts GlaxoSmithKline, Diageo, National Grid, British American Tobacco and BT among its portfolio.
