A partner in the London office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld has been referred to the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) over allegations surrounding expenses he filed while at the firm.
Igor Krivoshekov, who worked in Akin Gump’s cross-border transactions department in the firm’s London office, is alleged to have submitted “amended” taxi receipts and expense claims “which were not incurred for the purpose stated when making the claim”, according to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) prosecution notice.
