Three top firms to take cut of £20m in fees for work on 21st Century Fox's £24.5bn Sky bid

Fees for firms including Allen & Overy set out in 21st Century Fox's formal offer document

Allen & Overy (A&O), Skadden Arps Slate Meagher and Flom and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett are set to share about £20m in legal fees for their work for 21st Century Fox on its £24.5bn bid for Sky.

The estimated total of £20m is set out in 21st Century Fox’s official offer document, which details the aggregate fees and expenses of £242.1m that the US corporation is expected to incur on its acquisition of the UK media company.
