Mishcon splits with Leave.EU on appeal against £70,000 Brexit fine

Firm no longer acting for Leave.EU or co-founder Arron Banks on appeal against Electoral Commission fine

Mishcon de Reya is no longer acting for Brexit campaigning group Leave.EU on its appeal against its £70,000 fine from the Electoral Commission.

Leave.EU, which was fined by the commission after it found that the group had broken electoral laws by exceeding spending limits, had turned to Mishcon for advice on its challenge to the ruling.
