Mishcon de Reya employment partner questioned by MPs for inquiry into sexual harassment in the workplace

Mishcon de Reya employment partner Joanna Blackburn has backed calls for a change to the laws around sexual harassment, while appearing in front of the Women and Equalities Parliamentary Committee today (6 June).

Blackburn (pictured), who was called to give evidence to the committee’s inquiry into sexual harassment in the workplace, said she would support a change in the law to make employers liable in cases of third-party harassment.
