Clifford Chance (CC), Allen & Overy (A&O), Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Linklaters are all advising on the Co-operative Bank’s £700m rescue deal.
The troubled bank – which put itself up for sale earlier this year but failed to find a buyer – has lined up a £700m rescue package of capital from hedge funds and other investors.
