Slaughters scores lead role for Everton on deal to build new £300m stadium

Slaughter and May is advising Everton Football Club on the Premier League club’s plans to build a new £300m stadium.

The club has agreed heads of terms to acquire a site at Bramley Moore Dock on the River Mersey, from property investment and development company Peel Holdings.
