Proskauer hires Reed Smith City finance partner

Proskauer Rose has hired leveraged finance partner Ben Davis from Reed Smith in London.

Davis will join Proskauer’s London finance team, where he will advise on acquisitions and leveraged finance facilities, corporate facilities and debt restructurings.
