Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom has hired former US federal prosecutor Steve Kwok as a partner in Hong Kong.
Kwok was most recently a resident legal advisor for the US Department of Justice at the US embassy in Beijing, representing the United States in discussions with Chinese law enforcement authorities on criminal matters.
