What is your most important area of innovation and why?
Innovation is a challenging word in the legal sector. Some would say there is not much true innovation around at all. However, we are pursuing innovation in the context of our own client-facing processes and systems by rolling out a programme of change in this area, which will radically enhance our service delivery and ability to anticipate client needs.
What’s been your biggest initiative or project this year?
Focusing on four sectors: healthcare & life sciences, infrastructure, real estate and technology, which has been one of our most important projects so far this year. Nabarro has always been known for being commercially savvy and understanding the needs of its clients. But we can’t rest on our laurels, and our sector strategy and the communities we have built around them, together with sophisticated business intelligence, mean we are forging ahead in this area.
