Clare Wills, retail sector head and Tesco relationship partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, is moving across to co-head the firm’s financial institutions group (FIG).
Serving a four year term, Wills joins fellow partners Andy Hart and Christoph Gleske as joint group heads, replacing Sean Pierce who will continue leveraged finance work for clients.
