Dechert partner Daniel Gal is to join Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom’s international arbitration practice in London, in a rare hire for the New York firm, Legal Week has learned.
Gal, who heads Dechert’s arbitration practice in the City, joined the firm in 2008 after a short stint as a partner at Dewey & Leboeuf, having previously worked at Debevoise & Plimpton.
