Dentons adds new Ghana association after parting ways with former ally

Dentons has formed a tie-up with Ghanaian firm JLD & MB Legal Consultancy, replacing its arrangement with previous local ally Bentsi-Enchill Letsa & Ankomah.

The non-exclusive relationship between Bentsi-Enchill and Dentons spanned 12 years, after the Ghana-based firm formed ties with legacy Denton Wilde Sapte in 2002.
