Squire Patton Boggs has expanded its Tokyo office through a financial merger with corporate boutique Mamiya Law Offices, taking effect July 1.
The US firm, which wants to tap more outbound work from Japan into the US and also grow its local practice, formerly integrated with the Japanese outfit over the weekend, with the five-lawyer team moving into Squire Patton Boggs’ offices in Ebisu Prime Square Tower in Shibuya.
