BLM – the £100m insurance-focused law firm formed this month through the merger of Berrymans Lace Mawer and HBM Sayers – has promoted 24 of its lawyers to partner, more than half of whom are women.
The promotions, which went into effect earlier this month, were announced today (12 May) and contrast with a reduced partner round at fellow insurance firm Kennedys, which has added four lawyers to its partnership.
