Embattled US giant Dewey & LeBoeuf has sent out official notices warning staff in the US that they are risk of mass layoff, writes The AmLaw Daily.

Dewey’s recently instated executive partner, Stephen Horvath, sent a notice to all US personnel at close of business hours on Friday (4 May) alerting them that “it is possible that adverse developments could ultimately result in the closure of the firm,” according to a copy of the memo obtained by The Am Law Daily.
