Lovells and Hogan & Hartson have finalised their top-level management team, naming the international management committee that will drive the combined firm's strategy.

Joint chief executives David Harris and Warren Gorrell will lead the Hogan Lovells committee, which will oversee all operations including client and business development, practice management and expansion.

The 17-member committee includes the combined firm's five regional managing partners - London head Andrew Gamble, Asia and Middle East head Crispin Rapinet and continental Europe managing partner Christoph Kueppers, Washington managing partner Emily Yinger and Americas head Dennis Treacy. Yinger and Treacy are both from Hogan, with the other three from Lovells.

The committee also includes representatives from the five core practice groups as well as partner Prentiss Feagles and chief financial officer Richard Olver, who will serve as finance co-heads.

A joint statement from Lovells and Hogan & Hartson said: "Establishing the international management committee is another significant step toward a seamless combination of our firms as planned for 1 May 2010. We have selected practice group leaders and regional managing partners who are dedicated to building Hogan Lovells to benefit our clients, lawyers, and staff."

The committee, who will all serve three-year terms with the exception of Harris and Gorrell, will work closely with the recently announced 12-member Hogan Lovells board chaired by firmwide co-chairs John Young and Claudette Christian.
