Mishcons and Mills in divorce fees dispute

Mishcon de Reya is in dispute with high-profile former client Heather Mills over alleged unpaid fees, it has emerged. The London law firm is considering legal action against Mills, according to reports in a number of national newspapers yesterday (6 February).
