Taipei outfit of Wenfei forms own firm

The two-partner Taipei outfit of Swiss China-specialist Wenfei has spun off to form its own firm. The eight-lawyer corporate and intellectual property (IP) boutique Eiger Law has been active since last month (15 August), retaining all of Wenfei's Taipei-based lawyers and support staff. Corporate partner Nathan Kaiser runs the firm alongside IP partner John Eastwood.
