Employee Satisfaction Survey 2008

Canvassing the views of 3,189 assistants and associates from the top 50 UK and top 10 US firms in London, this report looks at what motivates the country's top fee earners and explores how well those needs are currently being met. 

Based on a minimum sample of 10% of the assistant population at each firm, the study examines 37 different performance criteria providing a robust analysis of satisfaction levels within each featured firm.  This is the fourth survey of its kind which enables the real effectivenss of HR initiatives to be tracked and analysed.
