Do law firms have an IT Strategy and is it communicated to their fee-earners? This survey of 1,687 fee-earners at the top 25 law firms analyses what lawyers find useful or otherwise in their IT structures from the hardware to the support personnel. The survey covers the life-cycle of a legal transaction and all the areas of technology it touches along the way - from marketing and pitching all the way through to post-transaction client care. At the same time 197 accountants at the Big Four accountancy firms were also asked the same questions about their technology.
