On behalf our this very well known Top legal 50 law Firm, Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking an Associate Solicitor to join the firm’s Employee Incentives Group within the firms Tax department

This well known client is a leading London city law firm with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. The firm is based over several locations and is now looking to built upon a reputation for providing first class advice to many leading names within the Technology, Media, Telecoms and Real estate sectors.

The successful applicant will be a 3+ year’s qualified solicitor with a strong level of corporate deals and advisory experience. The successful applicant will join the firm’s Employee Incentives Group as an Associate focussing on all aspects of employee incentives, from advising on the implementation of new share and cash bonus plans to assessing the impact of corporate transactions on existing share options and awards. In addition, the successful applicant will also work closely with the Employment Team particularly in relation to hiring and firing issues

Working closely with the Employment Partner & Head of Employee Incentives, the successful applicant will also be required to work with members of the tax, corporate and employment teams.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years PQE
• Good training with deals and advisory experience gained within a quality law firm
• Good technical ability (including strong tax background) and solid drafting skills
• Ability and desire to take on significant responsibility within a small team
• Driven, enthusiastic and flexible team player
• Desire to be pro-actively involved in business development and marketing
• Strong academic record
