On behalf of a very well respected Legal 500 Law Firm, Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently recruiting a Corporate Solicitor to join our clients corporate team based in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will have up to 3 years PQE.

The growing corporate team requires a professional to assist with a high quality and varied workload involving charitable formation/conversions, group structures, mergers, rule changes, and company law advice.

The role will also involve PFI projects and stock transfer

The successful applicant will also have an interest and background in the not for profit sector and charity/social housing

Essential Attributes:

* Up to 3 years UK PQE experience in corporate law
* Background in not for profit sector and charity/social housing
* Good academics ( 2:1 )
* Good research skills, including an ability to use online information sources
* IT Literacy
* Ability to build relationships with clients and potential clients
* Excellent Interpersonal and team skills
