They are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer. Candidates must be friendly, proactive and hard working, with a good working knowledge of:-

* Employment law and the ability to apply it;
* Practical HR advice;
* Employment tribunal case management;
* The ability to understand and follow policies and procedures within the Employment team and the firm


Working knowledge and ability to develop the following would be desirable.

* Marketing and business development
* Tribunal advocacy


The successful applicant will join the Business and Public Sector Group comprising 125 lawyers. Within that group there are teams covering commercial and residential property transactions, commercial transactions, banking and debt collection, employment, financial and commercial disputes, insolvency, media and IT, insurance and PI, planning and land use and property litigation. The successful applicant will primarily work with partners in the Employment unit.


Candidates should have trained with a UK law firm or have gained experience working as a fee earner in a UK firm.
