Our client is a highly successful firm who are looking for an additional fee earner to assist the Employment team in providing a quality service to clients.

Candidate should have:
• At least 2-3 years post qualification experience
• An excellent knowledge of Employment Law and related procedural requirements
• The ability to undertake a wide variety of Employment work with a solid background in contentious and non contentious work. In particular, excellent employment tribunal skills and the ability to provide legal, technical and practical advice of the highest quality to companies are essential.
• Excellent IT skills
• Proven marketing experience e.g. involvement in referrer/client events/networking lunches• Provide end to end legal, technical and practical skills to the highest quality on Employment transactions handled
• Advise and manage client expectations
• Assist with and deliver seminars and marketing events
• Attend to clients both in person and on the telephone in a professional and efficient manner
• Be fluent and proficient with, and engage in the Department’s day to day work; the case management system and other software applications.
