We are looking to strengthen our legal team based within Business Services with two
high quality, motivated lawyers willing to work with us to continue to contribute to
Carillion’s success. Our Business Services group is one of the country’s largest services
companies, providing facilities management and services to the full range of corporate
and public sector clients. You will join a supportive and dedicated legal team of 5 lawyers
who assist the Business Services function.

You will have solid contractual experience and be able to advise on a range of associated
commercial issues. Experience of working on high quality transactions in a respected law
firm or in-house team is a must. You will be technically outstanding, with strong academics,
a proven track record and the potential to develop your technical and business skills.

closely with the business to provide pragmatic and strategic advice.
