This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced shipping litigator to join a dynamic and highly successful shipping practice which is based within our Litigation and Regulatory Group.

We are looking for individuals who are conversant in dealing with various contractual shipping disputes arising out of charterparties, bills of lading, memorandum of agreement, shipbuilding disputes and marine insurance. If you have experience of dealing with collision, oil pollution and salvage, this would be a bonus. A sea-going background would also be very attractive.

We would expect some kind of following or extremely strong contacts within the industry. This is clearly a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to take their career to the next level.
