THE FIRM
The Singapore office of this blue chip UK law firm has been established for many years. It offers expertise in corporate and finance and litigation. With longstanding experience in Asia, the Singapore office is the centre of the firm’s presence in South East Asia.

THE TEAM
You will be working in a newly formed team advising on numerous energy deals and projects in South East Asia. This is in addition to referrals from the network. You will be part of a small core team but will work closely with the firm’s other offices in the region. The team is collegiate and close knit, with strong partner support.
THE WORK
You will work on corporate/projects deals (rather than finance) within the oil and gas sector. From time to time you may be required to assist on power/water work or general projects deals.

ABOUT YOU
You will be 2-5 years PQE in an energy practice of a top-tier law firm with prior experience in cross border acquisitions and disposals and projects. Experience with Oil, Gas and LNG preferred. A legal qualification obtained in Hong Kong, UK or lawyers who have been admitted in other equivalent common law jurisdictions with relevant post qualification experience will also be considered. Fluent written and spoken English is required.

PACKAGE
Salary: Up to £100,000 per annum + benefits
