We are seeking patent litigation lawyers to join our market - leading Intellectual Property Group. The successful candidates will handle patent disputes relating to telecoms, electronics, mechanical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology products.

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years’ pqe with a science/technical background. Candidates should have experience from a reputable Intellectual Property practice and previous experience in hi-tec or life sciences work (although this is not essential). Excellent academics are a pre-requisite.

As part of our pre-eminent Intellectual Property Group, the life sciences practice has been consistently recognised as the leader in its field. We also advise some of the biggest companies in the telecoms, media and technology sector on their patent matters. With many of our lawyers having science backgrounds, we understand both the science and technology and the legal and commercial issues affecting these sectors.

Applicants should be able to work independently and in a team in a flexible and adaptable manner. They should also be able to demonstrate the genuine enthusiasm to play a key part in developing our practice in London.
