Solicitor sought by respected practice to handle a caseload of purely privately funded work. 90% of the work will be matrimonial finance with the rest a mix of private children work and unmarried co-habitee disputes. There is no public law children work.

Candidates will need significant family experience and be able to work unsupervised. Strong marketing skills are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a new office of a large Surrey based practice.

Candidates should have trained with a UK law firm or have gained experience working as a fee earner in a UK firm.
