Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Banking Associate / Salaried Partner with a minimum 5+ years PQE on behalf of our 'top 50' ranked client based in the Thames Valley Area.

The successful applicant will be well versed in the area of Corporate Law with a minimum of 5+ year’s PQE and will be supporting the firm’s banking practice in the south and outside this region. The role will enable the applicant to utilise their experience in acquisition and/or project and/or finance and banking law, as well as undertaking general corporate banking, plus project finance and property finance work.

The applicant will also have the ability to continue in developing the Corporate department alongside the other partners of the firm and therefore experience in business development, marketing and team management is required for this role.

Salary: Up to £85,000, Negotiable depending upon experience + excellent benefit package.
