This offers the chance for a senior lawyer to join one of the City’s premier derivatives practices advising some of the most sophisticated users of derivatives. The team undertakes a mix of complex matters for almost all of the leading investment banks as well as some of the biggest London-based hedge fund groups.

Successful candidates, who may already be in private practice or working in-house for a bank or a hedge fund and looking to return to private practice, must expect to take a lead role in further developing the business by building relationships with hedge fund manager and investment bank clients.

Candidates will have had good general exposure to derivatives matters and a sound working knowledge of documentation associated with the ISDA Master Agreement. Ideally candidates will also have experience of advising on stock-lending, repurchase, custody and/or prime brokerage documentation.

The right candidate may be offered immediate partnership.
