The lawyers will aide the team and provide counsel in the areas of Public and Private M&A, Private Equity and work will involve a client facing role. Due to the nature of the work it is likely that the candidates should have trained/had experience in the UK jurisdiction. The successful candidates will be able to work with premier clients, have had experience in drafting and negotiating documents while involved in transactions.

Successful candidates will be extremely driven, have an exceptional eye for detail and possess great commercial awareness. Candidates should be bright; evidenced by a good academic background and have trained in and have experience from a leading firm. We would expect that suitable candidates will have at least 1 year PQE but applicants with equivalent relevant experience will be considered on merit.
