The firm is now looking for a solicitor to join the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency Team (part of the London Corporate and Finance Practice).

Key responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be working with the partners and associates in the local office on technical corporate recovery transactional based work, including restructurings, advising creditors, advice to IPs, dealing with FSA queries and other contentious issues such as applications to court, etc.

Skills and experience:
Ideally candidates will be 2-6 years PQE with experience in general and specialist corporate recovery based work.

Key competencies:
The successful candidate will possess strong technical, team working and communication skills and wants to be part of a fast-paced, growing team. They must be capable of working effectively whilst under pressure, on own initiative. The ability to multi-task is essential, as is a commitment to client care and marketing initiatives.
