Our client is a recognised leading law firm in the South, offering both Commercial and Private Client services.

The Corporate Finance Team within the Corporate Commercial Practice Group are looking for a 5 year +pqe lawyer to join its high calibre team handling complex high profile deals.

The successful applicant will step into an existing workload and will have every opportunity to establish and enhance their reputation working on M & A, capital markets and private equity deals. Experience in IPO's, public company advisory and corporate transactions, especially mergers and acquisitions would be required. You will also be expected to supervise more junior lawyers and all applicants should have the enthusiasm and aptitude to generate new business.

Candidates should have trained with a UK law firm or have gained experience working as a fee earner in a UK firm.
