Top City firm is looking to recruit a 1-3 PQE litigator who has an excellent academic background and outstanding litigation experience in a recognised practice. Experience in the sports industry is useful. The right candidate will be a strong team player and willing to work hard. The work will involve:

Defending and bringing challenges to the actions of sports governing bodies (in the High Court and elsewhere);
other high court litigation, arbitrations, mediations and expert determinations across a variety of issues including commercial contract disputes, competition law/restraint of trade claims, anti-ticket touting, anti-counterfeiting and other IP issues;
sports disciplinary and anti-doping work (including drafting regulations and participation agreements, tribunal case preparation and advocacy).
